the kalga art collection
Spread across physical artworks situated in the outdoors and across lived-in and abandoned spaces, the art collection dedicated to the Himalayan village continues to grow and blossom. The collection also hosts an extensive archive of electronic artworks and in-depth documentation of performances, live events, the artistic process and collective experiences of the people hosted by the program since 2014.
The art collection is energised by the contributions from the artists engaged with the KYTA program or studio residencies in the facilities.
