Bianca Mendonca (Co-founder, Host and Residency Manager)

Bianca (b.1987, Goa) is a high altitude trekking guide in the Himalayas.

 

An academic  background in Mass Media, and several years in front & behind the camera ,Bianca has over the past 4 years worked with different travel companies in various capacities. She moved to the Himalayas in January 2012 and now calls Manali her home.

 

When she is not training for climbing or actually climbing as 5000 meter + peak, she is an ardent ornithologist and dabbles in prose.

 

She is a self confessed music and performance arts junkie and her travels are often motivated by music and art festivals/performances taking place in various parts of the country.  

By virtue of working in the Himalayas and her inherent ability to curate diverse groups of participants in intimate situations allows Bianca to bring to the residency a unique ability that is critical in such a situation and setting.
