Damián Linossi was born in 1985 in the City of Córdoba, Argentina. He studied Visual Arts at Córdoba National University. He has explored various art media, including photography, installation and video. From 2009 to 2012, he delved into the properties of digital tools applied to photography.

 

His work is based on contemporary social problems confronted with the subjectivity of an individual. With a surreal approach and the influence of cinematographic science fiction and horror images, the project aims to generate tension between spectators and pictures. Most of his production is created with new technologies tools.

 

His work has been exhibited at several international festivals of art and technology, as well as at solo and collective exhibitions in Córdoba, Buenos Aires, Rosario (Argentina), Chicago (United States) and Valencia (Spain).

 

He currently lives and works in Córdoba.
